Since 2002, our Las Vegas crew has been the group that actually shows up when your door won’t. We’re part of the Relay Home Co. family, which means we’re independently owned and locally operated, but every tech on this team follows the same playbook: write the price down before touching a tool, fix it right the first time, and back it with the 365-Day Done Right Promise. No subcontractors. No strangers. Just the people below, rolling up to driveways from Summerlin to Henderson with parts on the truck.
Our People
Jaylen Ross, Owner & Lead Technician
Jaylen founded Marlow Garage Door Repair Las Vegas in 2002, and he’s still the first one under a torsion spring most mornings. He’s certified on all eight brands we service, including LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Craftsman, and Raynor. If you call with a door that’s halfway up and making a sound like a washing machine full of rocks, Jaylen will probably tell you what’s wrong before he hangs up. He’s the kind of tech who explains the difference between a torsion spring and an extension spring without making you feel dumb for asking.
Marcus T., Senior Installer
Marcus has been hanging doors in the Las Vegas heat for over a decade, and he’s the guy we send when a full replacement needs to be measured, ordered, and installed without a single gap in the frame. He’s Clopay and Amarr certified and has a particular knack for retrofitting older openings in neighborhoods like Paradise and Spring Valley. Outside of work, Marcus restores old motorcycles, which is probably why he treats every bolt like it’s going to be inspected by someone who cares.
Dana R., Service Coordinator
Dana is the voice on the other end of the line when you call at 2 a.m. because your garage door decided to become a modern art installation. She keeps technicians moving across Las Vegas and makes sure every customer gets a written price before work starts, no exceptions. Dana worked in hotel logistics on the Strip for years, so she’s unshakable when a Tuesday turns into three emergency spring repairs before noon. She’s also the person who will text you the live arrival time so you can see exactly when your tech is on the way.
Elena V., Apprentice Technician
Elena joined the team two years ago through a local trade program and has already earned her LiftMaster factory training certificate. She rides with senior techs on larger jobs and handles cable inspections and roller replacements solo under supervision. Elena grew up in North Las Vegas and says she got into garage doors because she likes fixing things that people use every day without thinking about, until they break. She’s methodical, good with customers, and the reason our truck inventory is always restocked before anyone has to ask.
Styles & brands we work with

One Standard, Every Job
Every technician in this crew, from Jaylen down to our newest apprentice, operates under the same non-negotiable rules. The written price comes before any work starts, and the number on the invoice matches the number you agreed to, every time. Every repair carries the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if the fix fails within a year, we come back and make it right at no charge. You also get the Relay Visibility Guarantee on every call, which means a live arrival time you can track, before-and-after photos of the work, and a digital invoice you can pay from a link. Jaylen is clear about it: this isn’t a franchise where quality depends on which tech you draw. It’s one local team with one standard, whether the call is a broken spring in Henderson or a snapped cable near Centennial Hills.
Why the Team Matters in Las Vegas
Garage doors here fail differently than they do in other cities. The extreme heat in Las Vegas causes springs to weaken faster, and monsoon-season dust gets into rollers and tracks in ways most out-of-state techs don’t anticipate. Our techs live and work in this climate, so when we tell you a spring looks heat-fatigued, we’re not guessing. We see it all summer in neighborhoods like Summerlin, Mountains Edge, and Green Valley. That local pattern recognition is the kind of thing you only get from a team that’s been serving Las Vegas since 2002.
Who exactly is coming to my house?
You’ll know before we arrive. Every Marlow technician is background-checked and uniformed, and the Relay Visibility Guarantee shows you a live arrival time along with the tech’s name. The hours on a job site build trust, and we want that trust to start the second you book online.
Does the crew handle all major garage door brands?
Yes. We’re factory-trained to service LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Craftsman, and Raynor. Because we carry parts for all eight brands on the truck, most repairs happen on the first visit rather than requiring a second trip. Call (725) 373-9798 for an exact quote, and we’ll give you a written price before any work begins.
Will the price change once your tech sees the door?
No. The written price is locked before work starts. If our tech discovers an additional issue on site, we’ll explain it and get your approval in writing before adding anything to the job. The number on the invoice matches the number you agreed to, every time, and the 365-Day Done Right Promise means you’re covered for a full year if anything isn’t right.
